Private Pay
We are happy to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network benefits.
Private pay is a great option for individuals wanting an additional level of privacy and quality of care. Insurance companies require a mental health diagnosis, a record of what is talked about, and insurance dictates when/how/what treatment looks like.
When you opt for private pay financial agreement, you and the therapist can decide everything about treatment. Many insurance companies provide you with only a limited number of sessions. With private pay, this is a decision between you and your therapist.
This is a great option for people looking for discretion in their services.
We accept all major credit cards as form of payment. We also accept Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) cards.
Insurance
At this time we are only accepting Anthem and CareSource. We are regularly adding new insurance companies to our listing. Check back for updates or feel free to contact us to find out more.
Cancellation Policy
Clients can cancel or reschedule an appointment anytime, as long as they provide 24 hour notice. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hour notice, or fail to show up, you will be charged for the appointment.
